Hmm: RTFM page 14 "Taxes, Defaults, and Preferences": It looks like I am
missing some reference table entries.
I shall look into Tax module and Tax Category in the morning.
The accounts in question were converted from sql-ledger. I am wondering
about how good my conversion script from sl is :-).
