I tried it right now and for me, this method is working well: I went to the Order entry -> Orders -> I displayed an open order -> I click on the right frame -> Open in new tab -> It opened in a new tab without session problems. Did you check your system time? I mean, the server and your desktop should use the same time. I use ntp-client in my server/desktop, so, my time always synchronous between my systems. I have no other idea.
