Just a follow up on my last comment . . . you need only do one or the
other - not both. Either download the lastest Form.pm or edit your
existing Form.pm (under the LedgerSMB directory) to add the referenced
line of code.

You simply need to add the follow line (just preceding the database
commit line):
@{$self->{all_years}} = @{$dbh->selectcol_arrayref($query)};
to the all_years subroutine in form.pm to enable choose-able periods
when doing reports.
