I have not seen any sort of feature request for this sort of feature. Is this typically required for some vertical markets? For people in New Zealand? Depending on how generally applicable it is, we could either add it to the main distribution or create some sort of a localized customization (this sort of thing gets a lot easier as we move towards 1.4).
