I think I've got the wrong end of the stick somewhere! I applied the patch, which didn't work, upgraded to 2.17, tried the patch again which failed (I assume because it had already been done).
I set an end date for the 17.5% rate which is account 2000 in the chart, and created a new account 2001 for the 15% - is that right, or should it still use the 2000 account?
