I found the solution/workaround.
We have here in the State Register of Companies a company register nuber is 
tied with tax payer register so that company VAT payer number is just LV+regnum.
So I solved it so that I put company register number in customer number field 
and it works well in html template.

You should just be able to type it straight into the Invoice (LaTeX) Template
if you're using it (we only use the PDF invoices so if you want it to show on
the HTML invoice you'll want to edit that too), and put it in depending on
where you want it to show on the invoice?

I actually included in an image that reads TAX INVOICE with the tax number in
it (since I wanted to use a specific typeface).

You should only have to do it once.
