Hi all; This release fixes a number of issues found in beta 4 and provides a full web-based interface for creating new databases or upgrading existing ones.
1.3.0 is a very large upgrade from 1.2.0. Users with technical skills are encouraged to copy their databases and test the upgrade scripts. While the upgrade can be backed out, this process is still manual. Help for these processes is available on the ledger-smb-users list. Rather than go over the important enhancements in 1.3.0 yet again, I will just say that this has been a lot of work and we are moving forward remarkably quickly.
