Can you submit a updated .spec file to rpmforge ?
Then we all get a build for all architectures, from a clean build 
environment.

I think this is the correct .spec file:
https://github.com/repoforge/rpms/blob/master/specs/perl-Config-Std/perl-Config-Std.spec

Fork it, update it and submit a new version with a pull request.
