Is this PostgreSQL 9.1? If so look for the tablefunc.control on your
system. You may have to install a package called something like
postgresql-contrib to get it.
If it is prior to 9.1 look for tablefunc.sql
Point your contrib_dir to the location of either of these files. Go ahead
and try again.
