Hi,

We still do not have the company details being shown on emailed 
invoices.  It's as if the header.html file is not being included I think.

When I print the invoice from the screen to HTML it looks fine.

So what is the difference when the emails are being created?  Why would 
it not be adding the company details?

Any help/pointers gratefully received.
