Depends on what you mean. That security fix was included with the v1.3.21-1 package that was uploaded back in August but since there were too many changes between the 1-3-18-2 and 1.3.21-1 packages and those changes were mostly not of the type that the release team (for Debian v7) would accept, that new package wasn't accepted for migration to Debian Testing. (Same for the package uploads since then, where the current version in Debian unstable is now at v1.3.25-1.) > Jame, did this get backported there?
