After upgrading to v. 1.3.23 I encountered already problems with this, so I was hoping they would have disappeared in v. 1.3.29 but alas, I 1. still can't keep (longer, but not longer than the text field where they are typed in) comments in the 'Note' field of cash transfer (after typing and pressing 'Update', they are just gone, 2. can't get rid of checked FX tick boxes (after removing the ticks they magically and persistently re-appear), and 3. can't get the saved draft (of which lsmb said it had saved) appearing for approval in the 'Transaction Approval | Drafts | Transaction Type: GL' menu.
