Hi again,
I ran the command cpan Module::Install and it seemed to work.
The next item was perl Makefile.PL
make
do *not* use make install at this point.
I entered that in the command prompt but it did something so quick I dont
know what it did.
The shebang thing I am unsure about too.
I also tried yo login to database and it says host not found
