Good evening!
I'm running LSMB 1.3.33 and I'm trying to create a vendor. The company has
been created (more than once, actually) and I'm trying to create an account
for the vendor. Every time I try to save the account (Save New), I recieve
the following error:

I'm not sure how to proceed from here.
Also, how do I delete the duplicate vendor in the entity and company tables?
