There are a couple ways to do this. I think i am going to try to change
this for 1.4 user-interface-wise. In the mean time there are a few ways
this can be done. The simplest is to card code it in the
templates/[template directory]/letterhead.[tex/html]. You could also set
it directly in the database. I could help you with that if you want.
