So, maybe I am wrong.
As I tested, the inventory only decreased when I issue an invoice.
I assumed, when I create a shipment, the inventory will be decreased, but not.
If we assume that, until the customer pay the invoice, the goods still owned by
us, so, in this case this is a correct behaviour.
Fix me.
