Wondering if we should break the SIC stuff into a nice BSD-licensed
PostgreSQL extension with data. I am sure this has lots of implications
beyond LedgerSMB.
If nothing else it might be good to have an extension we could use to
populate the existing tables.
At one point we included a sample naics.sql but not sure anymore. Looking
up how to do this.
