Here is your problem:
client denied by server configuration: /var/lib/ledgersmb/css/ledgersmb-blue.css
Please check your apache config, try to find a ledgersmb-httpd.conf or
something like this under /etc/apache2 directory and read it through.
As I remember, you run this system in a VM. If you in doubt, send me your
config in private, I check it.
