Hi,
This is quite normal, because lsmb uses a lot of lsmb variables inside the tex
documents.
Due to that, Lyx tries to understand these variables and of course, it fails.
I did not try yet, but it could work, if you create a tex document with Lyx
from scratch and after you save the form, you edit it directly to include lsmb
variables.
The other option, open the tex directly and try to understand, how does it
work, using google.
