New LSMB user here, riding on the fresh high of getting 1.3 series running
on MacOS X 10.9, I seem to have completely borked things moving to 1.4
series. All because I wanted CRM, darn.
Did my best to blow everything out fresh, /usr/localledgersmb, Perl files,
and Postgres DBs but when creating a new DB @ setup.pl I get this:

Seems to create a "dead" db and I have to drop it and try again, getting
the same thing.
Saw a previous note here about possible permissions issue on /tmp/ledgersmb
so I chmod 777 that as a test, but no dice, set back to 755.
Where am I going wrong?
