If the role exists in the db, chances are you created the user and the user
never set his/her passowrd. Log in as someone with admin access and reset
the password. That creates a temporary password valid for one day.
If the role doesn't exist in the db, you can delete from users,
user_preference, entity, person, and employee_entity.
