Hi,
Do you use the xedemo templates?
Is it working with utf8 characters otherwise?
Do you think it is correct? -> Utg\ra{}ende moms
\ra{} is like a control sequence, which does not exist.
Probably you only have to change the name of that account and check the
printing again.
