There are two types of localized templates: one which translates all texts
in-line using <?lsmb text("translated text") ?> "calls". The other is the
fully translated translated file that used to be located in
templates/<template directory>/<language-code> (e.g. templates/demo/nl).
Do you mean the second form isn't working? If that's the case: has it been
loaded into your database?
