Hi What I did was install as per the instructions for Ubuntu (yes I had to change bits) with Apache. Later when the starman version came out I ran the 3 commands in the email and it worked - well sort of, there were printing bugs that I think have been fixed.
Currently my machine has a lot installed on it, when I next upgrade the OS I can do a set of instructions for a clean install if nobody else has done one by then. Which perl packages are not mentioned in the instructions?
