That package version is quite old, almost 3 years, but did work once any
final setup was done:
1) If it's not being accessed locally, then the ledgersmb apache config needs
to be adjusted for use on whichever LAN it's running on.
2) The DB admin user, which the package defaults to "ledgersmb", does not get
set up properly in that version of the package. Example SQL for setting it is
available in the README.Debian file.
