I started at 1.2, to 1.3, to 1.4.6 or something, and then a few jumps.
My "Employee" only issue turned out to be a role issue. I had that problem
from the first time I used 1.4.
Since I think that the role based stuff is all 1.4, I would imagine it
was a flaw in the 1.3->1.4 stuff.
