They may not do us a favour but despite the fact they are no longer in the race they're not going to set out to throw the game away. Last weeks game was a reasonable decision - they where still in with a chance for the title, a draw and 3 points was no good so it was worth taking the chance of declaring and leaving a gettable target which Notts would chace and could have been skittled out (after all their form is pretty dodgy at the moment) instead of just setting for a draw. If Yorkshire had been in that position it wouldn't have surpriszed me them taking the same decision. I reckon we could well finish above Notts.
