as someone who has travelled through many third world countries - India, Peru, Columbia, Spain etc I know where I'd prefer to take a train. Taking advice form a German Archbishop on the quality of life is not to be recommended, in fact as a lapsed catholic I'd recommend ignoring pretty much everything they say as it always comes with a price.
