Got confirmation email that I had been allocated tickets but not got the tickets yet

I applied within the first 10 minutes of that batch of away tickets going on sale, but so far I haven't heard whether or not I've got one. As I've already committed myself to going down to East Anglia for that weekend, it will be rather infuriating if I end up without a ticket for the match. If I haven't got a ticket then I'll have to get the begging bowl out for a spare.
