Grayson: "-----"I had a right go at them at half-time because there were too many things going wrong. We were being unprofessional and we told them.
"But in the second half we completely capitulated in terms doing all the wrong things. There were too many players playing as individuals and not as a team. There were too many mistakes. I could be here all day and night talking about the wrong things.------" I wonder just what is going on with man management? There are a hell of a lot of players that are simply in the category of 'untouchables" who we cannot explain why. They will not get a game and know it. Who ever crosses Grayson's path gets his bollocks ripped off. Very much 'my way or the highway'. There is no way back. I wonder at 4-2 at half time if he set the fear of God in them instead of encouraging them. One thing is obvious if they make a mistake and correct it they are judged on the correction. But if they can't then panic sets in. Is our manager the cause? Is there a fatal flaw in his management skills? Macca's problem was precisely the opposite. Nice guy who could not impose his will. Have we over corrected? If my 'suppositions ' are correct 4-6 means he's lost the dressing room as there are not enough ' Grayson men' to make up a team. If this is so bet your bottom dollar that KFC has seen it coming. What are the answers? I only see one and it's lunacy to suggest [ I heard from a friend --- but I'll repeat it any how] --- Martin O'Neil.
