With Qatar I see one of two scenairos playing out...
1. Due to either the progress of development with regards to stadia, hotels,
transportation...or regional conflict and safety issues...the bid gets pulled
around 2019 and goes to the USA who need little if any time to prepare.
2. The bid serves as a catalyst for improved global harmony and the tournament
serves as the best "war on terror" weapon ever.
Hoping for the later...
