Well that was a waste of time! Watched it on pc via the fa site so the picture quality etc was poor. Johnny came on for the last 30mins but made no impression,in fact he only touched the ball a couple of times. It may be his one and only appearance - they said that 17 players likely to be in the competitve 2011 squad pulled out, so those in the team / sqaud today were all fighting over 6 or so places, and to behonest unless he really shone out in training, I cannot see him being one of those 6, and given he is already 22 then he is running out of time. Lets just hope the experience was useful to him but did not turn his head and make him want to leave.
