our midweek record and resutls in local type derbies has been poor for a while, so we really need to change those tonight. 3 points makes Saturdays draw decent but if we drop points then 1 or 2 from 2 home games is disastrous. Somma is a hard choice - there is no doubt that looking at him in isolation he deserves to start but the big question is , who do you drop ? Becchio scored one, made one and had one pushed onto the post on Saturday (if you give him the benefit) and it is unclear if Somma can play on his own upfront. If you keep Becchio, and I think SG will, then it is who do you drop in midfield - if Johnson it makes us lighweight, if Kilkenny ( who was subbed for Somma on Sat) then we miss his ability to keep the ball and find a decent pass and, in both cases we miss Howsons bursts from midfield if he is part of a two in the middle. I reckon we will start with the same as Norwich but who knows Dave --- On Tue, 22/2/11, Ian Murray <[email protected]> wrote:

Apparently we have Mark Clattenburg officiating tonight's game. Robins seemed to think this was a good thing as MC is less likely to be influenced by the 'noise level'. Get the feeling that Barnsley are well up for this one - as you would expect I suppose. It follows that we need to be at our best and on our game to get three tonight. There can be no room for complacency as if results go against us tonight we could be out of the play offs. Looking forward to it. Somma to start?
