As with all these things neither of them are world beaters and neither of them are donkeys. That's why they play for us at the level they are. The question isn't really whether they are good or bad, but how mediocre they are.
That said Gradel (and only Gradel - Snodgrass doesn't have the pace) IS good enough to be World Class in my view.
