Holland - step daughter lives there - chill out and Paddle in lake Michigan

Houghton Lake - resort for Michiganders, good fishing and water activities,
plus family there (and we shall be retiring to there)

Mackinac - going because I've never seen the bridge, nor the island and the
straights - gotta have some part of the trip for me Lakes Huron and Superior
too cold to paddle in, may go over the bridge just to say I've been in the
upper peninsular

Milford - Family living there - and Paula wants to visit her parents graves

Frankenmuth - yeah OK, I know. been twice before (and to Bronners too), but
family want to go - personally I shall shack up in the Brewery with my Bro
in Law and avoid the chicken dinners.

I would have liked to re-visit the Motown museum in Detroit, I adored it the
first time, but likely no time on this trip. May stop off at Bay City
too....

Holland - nice
Houghton Lake - no idea
Mackinac - nice, but touristy
Milford - eh, why?
Frankenmuth - fake "German" town. Stay clear.

Well in 3 weeks I shall also be in Michigan, (Holland - Houghton Lake -
Mackinac - Milford and Frankenmuth) and will definitely be wearing my Leeds
top at some points - look out for the generously built chap in white :-)

Funnily enough in Lansing, Michigan (a backwater if there ever was one) I
saw a kid playing a few years ago with a Leeds top. I got all excited.

But yes I get your point. easily Man U is the biggest, followed by
Barcelona.

In the States my experience has been that Leeds are no bigger than Bolton,
Villa, Sunderland, etc. We are certainly no where near the "size" of
Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool. The "big four" have massive followings
and their gear can be seen in shops and being worn by people everywhere.
In all my years going to the footy pubs in Milwaukee I've NEVER, EVER met
another Leeds Utd supporter.
Cheers
