I'm in the minority in as much as I run (and love) Opera. Using Opera gives you the chance to see what all the other browsers will be implementing in the next 6-12months as they always have features first and the rest seem to copy! Its fast (IMO faster than Chrome in real world use and pages are cached to no need to re-load when you go back and forth in your browser history) and the inbuilt gestures and array of other software make it indispensible to me.
I'm a web developer who spends all day using IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera. My choice of browser outside of work is Opera. Thankfully, with IE9, the latest version of all the major browsers are pretty good - I don't think you'll go far wrong with any of them. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Mark Tuffey Sent: 03 May 2011 19:13 To: [email protected]; [email protected] Cc: [email protected] Subject: [LU] NON LU- browsers Any personal preferences between Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Opera?
