You see I think it's more than that - just scoring goals. It's about your affect on the team and how the team plays when you're in the side. I've rarely see Leeds play good football with Becchio in the team. Yes we've had good results and turned a few games around late on but it's all been about individuals pulling something special out of the bag (including the great man himself with his substitute hat trick and volley against Boro).
I am convinced that if we'd have played 4-4-2 with Somma, McCormack, Gradel and Paynter as our main attackers not only would we have got into the play offs we would have without doubt a 20+ goals striker. It would have been far more entertaining to watch. Let's see what happens next season? I won't be turning up to watch Becchio in a 4-5-1.
