Rivals would be unwilling to sell to us, plus you are assuming the proceeds
would go to Grayson to replace him.  My guess is he would replace via the
loan market or a free transfer, and the money would just get swallowed up in
the accounts.

Shocked we turned that down to be honest (although he's worth double in
today's market). Glad we did turn it down. Wonder if we'd do that same were
they to go to £5m?
