Whoever is paying 90 quid a month - WTF x 1000!! Jeeez man, there must be a better deal than that somewhere!
As an employee of Vodafone I get a 50% discount, but it's €15 for ADSL (6Mbs, and it really is 6Mbs) + telephone (which is really a mobile but with a fixed number prefix). For normal customers it would be double, and with tv it would be €40 a month I think. When I did live in the UK, I had the full Sky package - but watched NO movies EVER, and not even a quarter of all the football matches. If I were living in the UK or Ireland I'm certain I would not be giving any money to Rupert Murdoch (not just because of his government manipulating ways) as with young kids, there really is no time to watch tv bar an hour or so when they go to bed, so Freeview would be enough. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Graham White Sent: viernes, 10 de junio de 2011 10:01 To: Nicholas Armit; Chris Briggs Cc: LEEDSLIST Subject: Re: [LU] NON LU: broadband provider Oi, I don't pay a penny to Rupert Murdoch - broadband, telly and phone all in one package from Virgin. If I want to watch footie on Sky much prefer to go down the pub! As for telly, like everyone else, I have to pay a kings ransom for Sky. ________________________ On 2011-06-09 16:01:25 +0000 Nicholas Armit <[email protected]> wrote: > > Jesus...30 megs?
