I thought that the was the whole reason we did not comply with the CVAWithout getting technical HMRC are totally against the football creditor rule - Revenue used to get first dibs in full and then rest of creditors got what was left at so much in the pound. Some court case said that that was not fair and so revenue had to just get same as all creditors and so everyone got pence in the pound to complete a CVA.Football rules said that to continue as a club (golden share) then football creditors had to be paid in full first. That put us on collision course with HMRC and since we could not afford to pay them off in full as well as football debts, we could not comply with the rules of a CVA and come out of administration that way. That led to us not having a CVA and not having the golden share until Ken agreed a 15 point penalty rather than starting a Division below (F*ck knows how we then hoped to win the 15 point appeal)So basically HMRC and other creditors apart from football ones had to settle for the 10p in the £ or whatever the amount was.Or to put it in one word - as I understand it 'NO' we did not Dave
