Unless there are blackberry specific exchange server, which I dont think is the case, you can connect an iPhone to MS exchange, no worries. bottom line from reading all the answers is that all the top end phones are great and will be doing you a good job. I was seriously going to go Android but yesterday I did the mistake of checking what IOS 5 will do and I really liked what I saw..
