Rich,

I think he's as much of a striker as Gradel is, and he's been played in the 
withdrawn role a couple of times. He got himself into goalscoring positions in 
the box three times on Tuesday night, and scored with two of the chances. Like 
I said below, I'd imagine him more as the withdrawn striker in a 4-4-1-1 
formation than as an out and out forward. As for Lees, I almost put him as 
center-half, as you suggested. What would your back four be?
