Im a British national now living in NZ, and Im going back to the UK shortly for a few weeks holiday, I hold a NZ Driving Licence, and someone told me that in order to drive in the UK, its recommended that I apply for a permit to drive there. Is this the case? He didnt say it was compulsory, just recommended.
