Yes there is no real reason for all the doom and gloom - we have also played
the top teams rather than the bottom ones for the most part.Of course this does
not mean that we do not need to sort defence -of course we do but the signings
of Forsell,Mika and Pugh have answered some of the criticsm about lack of
transfer activityOf course the continued stewardship of Bates drags the overall
mood down for many
But for me we are playing some decent football and it is certainly
entertaining. In addition the last minute equalisers at West Ham and Brighton
and late winners (last 5-10mins) v Palace and Bristol show that there is a good
commitment  and beleif amongst the players

I'm not saying there aren't things to be done, particularly in defence, down
Elland Road way, but have a look at the league table.  We're tenth, two points
off  a play off spot, and one of only nine teams in the league with a positive
GD.  There must be plenty of shit defenders out there in other teams too.

They say the sign of a good team is one that wins even when they're playing
shite, and we're doing okay league-wise, so just think how far we can go if we
manage to sort the defence out?
