At some point he has to stop chopping and changing and tray and stick with a
back four so they can get to know how the others play.

Ok so Bruce will not be our saviour this weekend.
So who will Simon pick to try and get a clean sheet?
I see that apart from the 2 Finns - Connolly was the only first teamer who
played (for 60mins)  v Boro in midweek.
If SG was considering bringing back O'Brien then surely he needs to get some
time on the pitch to get his fitness levels up, or does the fact that Connolly
played mean that he is the one not being considered?
I reckon White and O'Dea will be sure to start - does he drop Bromby after
being at fault for all 3 goals v Brighton, if so does he recall
Kisnorbo,O'Brien or even play Lees there and bring in Connolly ?
Personally I would prefer to see Lees given a go in his proper place - he / we
cannot do much worse, and Connolly was steady all last season so not too much
of a risk at right back ? So for me it would be White, O'Dea, Lees ,
Connolly(but can see SG going with White, O'Dea, Kisnorbo, Lees)
WiIl be interesting because our defending (or lack of it) is really becoming an
issue: with SG putting blame /pressure on the individual players, and Bates
(and the fans?) starting to put the blame / pressure on Grayson. So if things
are not sorted soon things will really come to a head
Dave
