In short: some ass keeps on parking in my spot in our underground garage. despite warnings from myself and the company that runs the building theres no stopping.
Does anyone know if I can hire a clamper, or whatever they are called, company to clamp the shit out of the car? Is it lega? Or should I just key the car, or piss on it or something? go on then, share a story..
