---------------------------- I'm not one for defending The MS but on this topic he has merely proven he knows a good deal when he sees one. The deal was struck by the Kransortium when we were in the Prem. It was as I recall index-linked and was also at a time when Adulant Farce were so strapped for cash that they asked Geoffrey Richmond for advice. NONE of the deals they did were for the benefit of Leeds United, a case that was often stated by the 'know-nothing morons' who knew they weren't the answer. They were so clueless and out of their depth that they would and did sign anything for money. Culminating in the sale of the club to The MS because he said he'd 'see them right' - more like he saw them coming!
