personallly I reckon this resembles the indian cast system where there is no
room for "promotion" in
social terms. I think you ll get my drift. its certainly a killer of
competition and the right to progress. that
cannot benefit any sport. hopefully it wont be a trend in sports.. its not
only in football this is happening.
this model is prevailing in the US and other sports in other countries are
run by it too...
