Hindsight etc etc, but from my armchair I recall Kisnorbo being very handy the year we went up and on this list at least there was a fear that he wouldn't accept the offer of new contract having run down the previous contracted 12 months getting over his injury. Perhaps now we see why Leicester let him go on a free a few years back when they were in the C'ship.
As for the keeper, you win some (Lonergan), and you most definitely do not (Rachubka) - as someone else said earlier, it's difficult to keep two good keepers happy in the 2nd tier. You never know, they new lad could be another Paul Robinson...
