Yeah same here - Grayson all the way for me too.I know the original poster did ask "IF" we get rid of SG but even asking the question is wrong at this stage - these things seem to gather a momentum of their own and it may soon be "when" or even "now we have sacked him"I know blaming it all on Rachubka is a bit harsh but I do feel if Lonergan had not got injured we would be much higher in the league (we almost certianly would have beaten Coventry for starters) and we would be asking 'who do we need in the Jan transfer window to seal promotion'Yes SG brought in Rachubka but I thought (along with many) that that was a decent move as second choice.Yes his defence has been shocking for a long time - we may well suffer for it again this weekend when we need to have Kisnorbo and O'brien as centre halves ! But as has been pointed out, in the time he has been here he has improved our position season on season (and was doing this year till Lonergan got injured) and deserves our backing for a lot longer.
